Kelemen Company Acquires Malibu Land Portfolio
After months of hard work and dedication and so, so many emails, we’ve finally done it. We’ve acquired 38.47 acres of Malibu coastline for residential and commercial development.
We just love the beach so much…
The sellers were represented by Mauricio Umansky from the Agency and Mark Sullivan from Savills Studley, while we were represented by Andy Lyon of 4 Malibu Real Estate. We would also like to thank Jeffrey Guice from Ladder Capital, Joe Giordani from Northmarq Capital, and David Wensley from Cox Castle for bringing this purchase to life.
This opportunity presents us a chance to work closely with the Malibu community and to bring forward developments that will benefit the community in the long run. The land we’ve acquired will be subdivided into multiple parcels and developed for residential and commercial uses. It’s an exciting chance for us to become part of the fabric of the Malibu community, and we can’t wait to begin.
