Tibor Kelemen

CEO and Founder

Tibor is the Founder and CEO of The Kelemen Company. He previously led Bacchus Development as Director of Sales before founding Wind Water Realty, where he built and managed a successful brokerage, property management, and investment team. Tibor launched Kelemen Camano Investments (KCI), a Southern California–based value-add real estate firm that grew to $250 million in assets under management within three years. Tibor brings extensive experience across acquisitions, entitlements, development, syndication, and dispositions, guiding the strategy and growth of The Kelemen Company.

Andrew Kurzeka

Senior Vice President of Investments

Andrew is the Senior Vice President of Investments at The Kelemen Company, where he leads sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities while overseeing a diverse portfolio of land, redevelopment, and multi-tenant office assets. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew held roles at Dornin Investment Group and Harbor Associates, and founded his own investment company, Teakwood Properties. He brings extensive experience across acquisitions, asset management, and investment strategy, with a strong focus on building relationships with brokers, institutional partners, and private investors. Andrew holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, where he was a member of the men’s volleyball team.

Andree Ngo

Controller

As Controller, Andree heads the accounting department, utilizing her 25 years of diversified experience in business accounting and finance to oversee the company’s financial operations and growth strategies in investment and property management. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Andree was a Controller for KBS Realty Advisors. Andree was also a Controller at CBRE, spending almost 10 years at the company where she played an integral role in many of the company’s significant transactions.

Kameron Nabal

Senior Property Manager

Kameron Nabal is the Senior Property Manager at The Kelemen Company, overseeing more than 800,000 square feet of office, mixed-use, and retail properties. He leads day-to-day portfolio operations, budgeting, and long-term property strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Kameron held property management roles at Venture Property Management and The Irvine Company, where he managed large commercial portfolios.

Amanda Ly

Property Manager

As Property Manager, Amanda efficiently manages the daily operations and portfolio performance of properties. She focuses on tenant relations and retention, excelling in communication with tenants, property owners, and vendors. Her expertise includes rent collection, lease management, budget preparation, and financial reporting. She brings a strong background in real estate and property management from her previous roles with Sagard Real Estate. Her diverse experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to navigate complex lease negotiations make her an invaluable asset to any property management team.

Connie Nguyen

Assistant Property Manager

Recognizing her diligence and excellent coordination skills, Connie has excelled in the Property Management department. As an Assistant Property Manager, Connie Nguyen is the Swiss Army knife of our property management team – versatile, adaptable, and ready to tackle various responsibilities. Before joining the Kelemen Company, Connie worked at UCI student government as Student Services Vice President, where she promoted advocacy and produced large-scale student services events. Connie Nguyen is a recent graduate of the University of California, Irvine.
