Tibor Kelemen

CEO and Founder

Tibor Kelemen is the founder and CEO of The Kelemen Company. Tibor immigrated to the United States from Romania at the age of 18 with less than $100 to his name. In 2002, he held an entry-level position at Bacchus Development, where he later became the Director of Sales. Tibor later founded Wind Water Realty, Inc. where he led a successful team that specialized in brokerage, property management, and investments. In 2014, Tibor founded Kelemen Camano Investments (“KCI”), a Southern California based company specializing in “value add” real estate, which grew to $250 million assets under management over a span of three years. Tibor’s leadership experience in real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and dispositions is invaluable to the success of the Kelemen Company. Fun fact- Tibor is an avid runner and mountaineer. One of his goals is to climb the Seven Summits!

Andrew Kurzeka

Senior vice president, investments

Andrew, our Senior Vice President of Investments, leverages his extensive expertise in hybrid acquisition and asset management roles. With notable previous experience spanning Dornin Investment Group, Harbor Associates, and his own investment firm, Teakwood Properties, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He excels in strategically balancing office responsibilities with building crucial relationships across the real estate spectrum, from brokers to institutional and private investors.  Andrew oversees a diverse portfolio including land, covered land plays, redevelopments, and multi-tenant office investments, while spearheading the identification and acquisition of new opportunities in industrial, multifamily, and office sectors.  His proactive approach in leveraging financial insights, crafting robust business strategies, operating with an owner’s mentality and investors’ first mindset, and ensuring seamless execution through hands on asset management underscores his leadership in driving our investment initiatives forward.  He obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University while playing on the men’s volleyball team.

Andree Ngo

Controller

As Controller, Andree heads the accounting department, utilizing her 25 years of diversified experience in business accounting and finance to oversee the company’s financial operations and growth strategies in investment and property management. Prior to joining the Kelemen Company, Andree was a Controller for KBS Realty Advisors. Andree was also a Controller at CBRE, spending almost 10 years at the company where she played an integral role in many of the company’s significant transactions.

Kameron Nabal

Senior Property Manager

As Senior Property Manager, Kameron Nabal leverages his extensive experience in managing commercial real estate to oversee Kelemen Company’s 800,000+ square feet of office, mixed-use, and retail projects. With a focus on Property Management and Budget Analysis, Kameron leads his dedicated team in the successful daily management of portfolios, helping to strategize both short- and long-range organizational goals for the company.

Before joining The Kelemen Company, Kameron held key positions at Venture Property Management and the Irvine Company, where he successfully managed large commercial portfolios. Known for his strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges, Kameron is set to make a significant impact as a leader at The Kelemen Company.

He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.

Eileen Tran

Junior Property Manager

As a Junior Property Manager, Eileen Tran efficiently manages the daily operations and portfolio performance of properties, supporting a Senior Property Manager and a Property Services Coordinator. She focuses on tenant relations and retention, excelling in communication with tenants, property owners, and vendors. Eileen's expertise includes rent collection, lease management, budget preparation, and financial reporting. A licensed California real estate agent and Notary Public, she brings a strong background in real estate and property management from her previous roles as a real estate agent and property manager with NextGen Team Realty and as a Commercial Property Manager at Sunny Hills Management. Her diverse experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to navigate complex lease negotiations make her an invaluable asset to any property management team.

Connie Nguyen

Assistant Property Manager

Recognizing her diligence and excellent coordination skills, Connie has excelled in the Property Management department. As an Assistant Property Manager, Connie Nguyen is the Swiss Army knife of our property management team – versatile, adaptable, and ready to tackle various responsibilities. Before joining the Kelemen Company, Connie worked at UCI student government as Student Services Vice President, where she promoted advocacy and produced large-scale student services events. Connie Nguyen is a recent graduate of the University of California, Irvine.

Francisco Salceda

Property Accountant

Raised in the Bay Area, Francisco’s love of Southern California weather brought him to California State University, Fullerton, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Prior to joining The Kelemen Company, Francisco spent three years at Celtic Commercial Finance. He enjoys spending time at the beach and going to music festivals.

Tam Doan

Operations Manager

Tam Doan oversees the operations at the Kelemen Company. Her work includes recruiting talent, setting training standards, and managing hiring procedures. With over 15 years of creative marketing experience, Tam is instrumental to the management and marketing teams at the Kelemen Company. She enhances organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
