Atrium Renovations: 5 Exciting New Upgrades We've Planned for Irvine's Iconic Office Building
The Atrium, a trophy 10-story office building near John Wayne Airport in Irvine, has become our newest and biggest project yet. We recently closed a $106m deal on it, but acquiring the building is just the beginning. Here's 5 exciting new amenities we plan to add to the Atrium in the coming year.
5. Going Green
It may not be easy to be green, but it certainly reduces operating expenses and carbon footprints! We plan to take the Atrium to LEED platinum status by installing rooftop solar panels on the parking structure and replacing its existing fluorescent lighting with LED lights. The result? A beautiful, energy-efficient, and environmentally-friendly place to work.
4. Creative Work Spaces
Gone are the days of sitting around a conference table or crammed into a boring beige box. We plan to upgrade a quarter of the spaces available in the Atrium to open floorplans, creating dynamic and versatile workspaces flooded with natural light. Going to work will become an open and collaborative experience, rather than a bore!
3. Conference Center
No more need to rent out additional space for large conferences! We plan to transform a space within the Atrium into an approx. 1,162 sq ft conference center for all tenants to enjoy. Host your next big team-building event just steps away from the comfort of your office.
2. Gym
Want to get started on your resolution to stay healthy? Need a place to de-stress? We will be transforming the basement of the Atrium into a state-of-the-art fitness facility exclusively for our Atrium tenants. Your daily workouts just got more productive!
1. Total Lobby Upgrade
Last but not least, we plan to transform the Atrium lobby into a botanical oasis complete with a quiet new water feature, high-end lobby furniture, and a specialty coffee shop. Soon, you’ll be able to take your coffee break or meet new clients under the dappled shade of trees in the Atrium’s upgraded lobby.
So keep an eye out for these exciting new changes at the Atrium, and follow this blog for updates!
