Welcoming Kameron Nabal as Our New Senior Property Manager

We are excited to announce that Kameron Nabal has joined us as Senior Property Manager, bringing extensive experience from his previous roles at Venture Property Management, where he served as Senior Asset Manager, Director, and Managing Member. Kameron also has a background in financial services with the Irvine Company, where he worked as a Financial Services Representative. His depth of expertise in both asset management and financial operations makes him an invaluable addition to our team.

In his new role, Kameron will oversee the management and performance of our property portfolio, working alongside a dedicated team that includes a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Tenant Services Coordinator. He is committed to building strong tenant relations, ensuring tenant satisfaction through responsive service, and fostering positive relationships with property owners, partners, and asset managers.

Kameron’s responsibilities include overseeing rent collection, property inspections, lease compliance, and the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports. He will work closely with our VP of Asset Management and Controller to evaluate financial performance against strategic benchmarks, ensuring our properties align with investor and market expectations. Kameron’s oversight also extends to market rent analysis and maintaining property and lease files in line with company policy.

Additionally, Kameron will lead the development of our property management team by overseeing recruitment, training, and staff evaluations. Through regular meetings and ongoing support, he aims to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Kameron’s experience and proactive leadership make him a fantastic asset to our team, and we are thrilled to welcome him aboard!
