Welcoming Andrew Kurzeka: Our New SVP of Investments

We are thrilled to announce the addition of Andrew Kurzeka as our new Senior Vice President of Investments. Andrew joins us with extensive experience in both acquisition and asset management roles, having worked with top firms like Dornin Investment Group, Harbor Associates, and his own investment firm, Teakwood Properties. His broad expertise across the real estate sector and his skill in building valuable relationships with brokers, investors, and institutional partners make him a perfect fit for our team.

In his role, Andrew will oversee the day-to-day asset management of our existing portfolio, which includes a diverse range of investments such as land, covered land plays, redevelopments, and multi-tenant office properties. He is also tasked with sourcing new acquisitions focused on covered land plays, industrial, multifamily, and office sectors in select markets, as well as securing equity from private and institutional investors and managing debt capital.

Andrew’s proactive mindset, financial insight, and hands-on approach ensure that he operates with an owner's mentality, prioritizing investors’ needs while driving our investment strategies forward. His background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, where he was a member of the men’s volleyball team—a testament to his drive and team spirit.
