Andree Ngo joins Kelemen Company

Kelemen Company’s top transfer story! Andree Ngo has joined the team at the Kelemen Company as Controller.

Andree has been in accounting ever since the beginning of her three-decade professional career. She used her analytical math crunching skills in Real Estate companies like CBRE and KBS Realty Advisors, which she recently left to join The Kelemen Company. Andree started as Assistant Controller at KBS and moved on to become Accounting Manager in the REIT Corporate division. She oversaw a team of senior accountants supervising the accounting for all debt investments.

As Controller, Andree heads the accounting department at the company. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and growth strategies in investment and property management. We are excited to have her as part of the team!
